Maison Arnaud owned by a qualified Artisan Baker Arnaud Lailheugue. Born and raised in the South west of France (Landes) in a small village of Coudures.

At the age of 16, he attended a school to do apprenticeship he finished with a high certificate to become a professional baker, he spent all his 30 years baking and that’s why Arnaud is where he is today.

Arnaud was always passionate about creating and delivering only the highest quality, nutritious sourdough breads and pastry items which are unique. He always believed in tradition, and that the best ways are always the old ways. Motivated by passion, belief and experience he decided it was time to start his own. That’s why Maison Arnaud exists.

Maison Arnaud bakery offer handcrafted small batches of slowly fermented sourdough bread made in a time of 18 hours to 24 hours to honour the way of using the power of the wild yeast. There is no oil in our bread or added sugar. Its central promise is to enrich people’s lives by providing them with unique taste of France in it’s way. Providing Fresh daily baked bread, pastry and savouries, we hope you enjoy eating our bread as much as we enjoy baking them.
